We deliver throughout the UK.

Orders placed before 1 pm are usually dispatched on the next working day. Standard delivery normally takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.

Free standard UK delivery is available on orders of £30 or more.

Express delivery normally takes 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.

Please note that dispatch and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, courier delays or exceptionally busy periods.

We hope you love your Ramla order. However, customers purchasing online may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@ramla.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, the products must be returned within a further 14 days.

Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted products unless the products are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Personalised or genuinely custom-made products cannot usually be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact hello@ramla.shop with your order details and photographs of the issue so that we can assist you.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Ramla kits are made from safe, non-toxic materials and are tested to UK toy safety standards. Recommended for ages 3+ with adult supervision. Sand is not for eating, always play at the table.

We only collect the information needed to fulfil your order and reply to your enquiries. Your details are never sold or shared. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@ramla.shop.
