We ship UK-wide via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the next working day. Delivery takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. International shipping is available on request through our custom orders form.

We want you and your little one to be delighted. If a kit arrives damaged, please email us at hello@ramla.co.uk within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund.

For a change of mind, unopened kits can be returned within 30 days at the buyer's cost for a full refund. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Ramla kits are made from safe, non-toxic materials and are tested to UK toy safety standards. Recommended for ages 3+ with adult supervision. Sand is not for eating, always play at the table.

We only collect the information needed to fulfil your order and reply to your enquiries. Your details are never sold or shared. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit and typically take 2–4 weeks to produce. Once artwork is approved, changes may incur additional cost. See our terms & conditions for full details.
