1. About us
Ramla is a small UK-based brand designing paper sand art kits for children. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout via our secure payment provider. Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins, with the balance due before dispatch.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Ramla is not liable for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events, but we will always do our best to make things right.
5. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, photography and brand assets on this website are the property of Ramla and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Safety & age suitability
Ramla kits are designed for children aged 3 and up under adult supervision. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product is used as intended.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramla's liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
